- The Eastern District appeals court is scheduled to hold oral arguments February 26 at Saint Louis University's law school.
- The Western District appeals court is scheduled to hold oral arguments March 4 at William Woods University in Fulton and March 5 at the MU law school in Columbia. It previously heard arguments February 4 at William Jewell College at William Jewell College in Liberty and February 18 at the UMKC law school in Kansas City

- Judicial and other appointments:
- The governor on February 27 appointed Holly Lawson to be the Butler County circuit clerk. She has been serving in the position on an interim basis.
- The governor on February 26 appointed St. Peters attorney Robert Cornejo to fill the circuit judge vacancy in the 11the circuit (St. Charles County) created by the removal of Judge Matthew Thornhill.
- The governor on February 13 appointed Kansas City attorney Michelle Cocayne to fill the Youngs circuit judge vacancy in Jackson County; St. Louis Associate Circuit Judge Catherine Dierker to fill the Mason circuit judge vacancy in St. Louis; and St. Louis attorney Karma Johnson to fill the Richmond associate circuit judge vacancy in St. Louis.
- Judicial vacancies:
- Applications are due April 13 for the Benton circuit judge vacancy in Platte County.
- Applications are due March 27 for the Dierker associate circuit judge vacancy in St. Louis.
- Applications are due March 19 for the Burrell vacancy on the Southern District appeals court.
- The 16th circuit commission on February 20 released demographic, interviewee, and meeting information for the Gromowsky associate circuit judge vacancy in Jackson County.
- Career opportunities:
- The Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has an opening for a staff counsel. The position will remain open until filled.
